Debriefing Session

Debriefing Session

At the end of March each year, the Wesley Zaidan holds a debriefing session for the participants of the International Programs and Domestic Programs conducted during the year. At the debriefing session, participants make slides and videos as a group for each program, collaborate to make a presentation, and talk about how the experience and learning of the program affected them and how they want to utilize the experience in the future within the allotted time.
The purpose of the debriefing session is not only to deepen the relationship between the participants of each program, but also to learn to cooperate with each other, and to provide an opportunity to practice speaking openly in public and communicating clearly to those who have not participated in the program.
The purpose of the session is also to form a network among the participants.
