Global Seminar Vol.1 “To Create Colorful World Together”
Dates:01/26/2019
Wesley Zaidan is running Global Seminar Vol.1 on Sat.26th January 2019.
We will collaborate with NPO WELgee(Welcome+refugee)which is working for refugees in Japan to support them for their empowerment, aiming to give them wider opportunities to be participated into Japanese Society.
Ms. Sayaka Watanabe who is the founder and a representative director of WELgee, also a young social entrepreneur is a guest lecturer. We will learn about the work of WELgee and hear the life story of Ms. Watanabe. What is more, we will welcome 3 special international guests (who have refugee background) for the seminar. Guests will share their life stories with us. After hearing their stories, we will have a discussion session to talk about Social Justice issues in the world.
It would be a great opportunity for YOUTH to think and talk about social issues in a group setting.
