Traveling/arrival day: February 4 (check-in after 2 PM)
Seminar begins: February 5, 8:30 AM
Seminar ends: February 10, 4:00 PM

- Gain exposure to diverse cultures and learn through leadership development initiatives among Asian young women and communities.
- Gain insight and knowledge on global issues.
- Grow and encourage in Spiritually
- Build new relationships and fellowship

Who May Apply
- Women aged 19 to 35.
- Women who have a strong passion for sharing their mission stories with other women in Asian countries.
- Christian women who have served or are currently serving in schools, workplaces, churches, or communities.
- Women with a strong interest and passion for global issues, particularly in social justice.
- Women who have a strong interest in learning alongside other women from Asian countries.
- Must be able to attend the full program from beginning to end.
Expenses
Covered by Sponsoring Organizations
- Meals(from breakfast on February 5 to lunch on February 10)
- Accommodation and program fee during the seminar
- Transportation from the airport to the
*Accommodation is covered from February 4 (check-in) to February 11 (check-out). Participants arriving earlier or departing later must arrange their own accommodation.
NOT Covered by Sponsoring Organization
- International travel expenses, including visa and passport
- Travel insurance (required) and personal expenses.
Application
For the Application, please submit the following materials through the person in charge of your country.
- Application Form
- Waiver and Medical Form
- Reference Form(It may be requested from your professor, pastor, supervisor, etc. but not from your family member)
- Copy of your passport
- Photo(will be used in the booklet)
- Copy of the Certificate of Travel Insurance. (Once you were accepted as a participant, you must submit a copy of the certificate of travel insurance)

Precautions
- Wesley Ziadan does not provide refunds or reimbursements for transportation expenses, or any other costs incurred by participants due to personal reasons for canceling their participation. In case of canceling participation, please notify Wesley Zaidan immediately.
- Participants are individually responsible for any health-related matters, including but not limited to COVID-19. Wesley Ziadan assumes no liability in this regard.
