International Program
Mission Service Work Camp 2025 in Cambodia
Deadline:05/15/2025〜06/10/2025
Dates:08/01/2025〜08/08/2025
[For Participants Outside Japan]
As part of a social welfare project led by a Christian church in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, a vocational training program is being carried out. The vocational training center, which participants contributed to during last summer’s Mission Service Work Camp, was completed on October 17, 2024, and is now operating under the name Hope Vocational School.
In this upcoming Mission Service Work Camp, participants will collaborate with Christian youth from across Asia as well as local community members. Together, they will engage in construction work to build a deck to enhance the Hope Vocational School. The Hope Vocational School aims to support individuals affected by poverty, exploitative labor, and human trafficking by helping them gain skills to achieve economic independence.
During the camp, participants will also learn about Cambodia’s social issues, history, and the role of Christian churches in social welfare. On Sunday, they will join a local church service, and there will also be time for sightseeing in Phnom Penh.
We invite you to join the Mission Service Work Camp—pour your energy into meaningful labor, build friendships with fellow participants, and spend enriching days together in service and fellowship.
Why not join this program and have a wonderful time meeting and talking with new people through this mission service work camp program?
