Thank you for using the Wesley Zaidan’s conference room.
We are writing to provide an update regarding Conference Room 204, which has been temporarily closed due to an air conditioning malfunction.

It has become clear that replacing and repairing the equipment will take a long time.
As a result, we estimate that the room will not be available for rent until around the winter of 2027.

We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience this causes to customers who have been waiting for the resumption of services.
Conference Rooms 101 and 201 are available as usual. We hope you will consider using these two rooms during the closure of Conference Room 204.

We will let you know once the specific date for reopening is decided.
We highly appreciate your kind understanding.
